Wanna get rid of the hex heads on your beadlocks and beef them up...Take a 7/64 bit and drilled out the holes that the wimpy 1.5 mm occupied. Drilled out the rings with a 1.8th bit and viola!!!

Better hold and you can use a 3x6mm buttonhead SS screws to hold them in place.

just alittle something i came across today...

I found this place the other night...
http://www.fastener-express.com/

good place for bolts and stuff it seems...

I just need to find a place that will do or sell 6X6mm spacers.... i don't like paying 6.00 for a pack of 6.

I believe this would work if you wanted to cut your own.
onlinemetals.com has some aluminum tubing that is .25" OD and .12" ID. Its 3 dollars a foot, cheaper the more you buy.

Yeah... KC Hobby has it in 1 foot sections, for 1.98. I tried it and need a better way of cutting it... like a mini-miter saw! or a small hobby band saw would work as well!

How did you try cutting it? Would a small tubing cutter work? They leave a pretty smooth edge and most have a reamer to open the ends back up. SOmething like this (http://www.ridgid.com/Tools/Screw-Feed-Cutters/EN/index.htm).

I used a drimel... I am going to look at the small tube cutters at KC Hobby today... A standard one that is used for copper pipe was just tooo large. I want to see if Kirby has something smaller...

When I tried building a couple rc cages out of 3/16 brake line a year or two ago, I bought a small tube cutter from the plumbing aisle at Ace Hardware. It worked just fine on the brakeline.
