It seems we are getting a few pretty good spots scoped out. I want to plan out a May spot for a Comp (not sure if it will be a free run or a pay out run) but wondering what you guys thought.

After May 1st... Thought about scoping out a good spot at URE for some crawling. Then there is the High Rock Crawling spot...

Any other Spots any one wants to post up about? I know there is Haw River, but any one got a pref?

URE opens April 1st, anyone want to head out so scope out a cool spot? I know a couple spots, but they may require a 4wd to get you there....

Any Ideas?

It would be nice if these spots were accesable for someone like me who drives a car. I did have a truck but sold it and bought 2 cars, so now it is kind of hard for me to find good spots to go. Unless I walk. :)

Well URE would be a place that I would try to find a spot off one of the main roads... I am sure there is something close. I do know of a spot down toward the end of 576. but limited parking... Like 3 cars tops. Thats why I am thinking of going to the April 6th URE Comp that CRR is doing... see where they do it at, and how the comp is ran, and possibly participate. :) :thumb:

I would like to check that comp out too, not sure exactly where to go. They had a comp at Miller Park, it's just a couple miles from the house. I wish I would have went b/c I went a two weeks ago and don't have a clue where they crawl at unless it is up the middle of the creek. Not to keep mentioning it but, High Rock needs to be on the schedule. It has plenty of parking. The walk from the parking lot to the rocks is the same if not less than the bullhole. We probably could set up three courses there every weekend for a month and not run the same one twice. Is anyone up for making a trip out them this weekend?

I might have time Sunday to go out to High Rock... We will put this on the schedule for sure! :beer:

Here's an ideal for you!
I have seen other clubs around the country charge for a event but all the $ goes to the top three drivers.

Yeah... I am thinking of putting together a few purse runs... also talking about doing some parts give aways, or something like that... :)

Great to see that there are going to be some more comps in the area.

Some people will not be able to run the April 12th comp because of the East Coast Championships fall on that date.

Hope to run with you guys as soon as possible.

Yeah...at this point wasn't trying to get a huge turn out... as I am learning how to run a comp... I remember you from the FC at Bullhole... one of the guys in the 4Runner right?

I am going to do some looking around this weekend and next week for some spots to crawl. I do know of one empty lot behind the daycare my mom works at that my brother and I go to bash in Mooresville but it is not mutch as far as crawling goes. Alot of dirt and sand and just some small bolders. Any body going to Bullhole this weekend. I got to do some testing with my new tires and suspension.
