Already have a Losi 1/10 crawler on order.

What I did for the wheels was just put a 3/4 inch wide of two inch pvc pipe on the wheels to make them true beadlocks and they hold fine with some weight in them, and its a whole lot cheaper then any other aftermarket beadlock and works really well. Just another option thats alot cheaper

I don't understand what you mean, could you show us a pic?

MRCs don't have real bead locks... plastic rings with the tires glued to the rim behind it.

What he is doing is making a back peice (goes inside the tire, around the rim) that the bead lock can screw to.

What off set of 1.9 wheels keep it legal...

Looking for a good set... any ideas anyone?

1.9 Eritex Comp Heavy's
I believe he has them in a wide offset. You can get a 2mm difference by going with the alum hexes by Losi.

4-link plate for the rear... guess I could measure it out for the front too with servo mount! It would just have to be longer (deeper).

With curved corners instead of sharp....

Is there room on both sides of the servo for link mounts?

Not if you use a standard servo. Got my 5955 on there with a servo plate from the ax10. No room side to side for the links, but if you make the plate deep enough you can mount them behind the servo. THe image I have is for the rear, no servo...

Yeah its acutally really easy to turn them into beadlocks the only problem is with the pvc pipe it is hard to put alot of weight in them

Those wheels do look very nice.

I really hope I get the upgraded lockers very soon, else I will wear out the fasteners from constantly replacing the plastic lockers.

They do OK when you trim every second lug.

I was talking more about the chassis than wheels/tires, the wheels arent so bad but I will second the flat irons blowing.
