Nice... If I didn't just spend 200 bucks in 2 weeks on foams and tires already I would jump on this...
I like these tires!

Thanks for pointing out the price on the Panthers J33pownr. I think I'll go with panthers again. I might feel the need to adjust my skid height with the Rovers, and I'm lazy!

JP Customs now has the white soft Hot Body tires for $20 but TCS is still cheaper while their sale is going on.
So does the white (soft) and blue (medium) designations have different different foams available?

hey
The white soft is what I use. I like them, but I have too many other tires.

I think both come with the same foams... none memory... and nice foams over all!

tread design looks similar to the Hammers, with alternating solid and hollow lugs, I like em, I may have to get a pair once my Hammers have gone completely bald... :D I'm a cheap bastard :D

Thats a good deal on a good tire. But I think I will stick with my Rock Carvers

Ya know, Me too. My Claws were getting dry from all the water they get ran through. I found out that if you hose em down with WD40 and let em sit over night, in the morning they are good as new!

It's a little old but just order a set of Rovers off of TCS to be ready for the comp. Had to give the Carvers a break and try something different

I live in an area that has hills that have loose dirt, gravel and grass. No rocks near by unless I drive +/- 30mins. So I drive my Axial 10 around my apartment and I dont want to mess up my Losi tires. So I am looking for suggestions on all terrain tires.

Maybe try something like the bad lands or some form of 2.2 Traxxas like tires that do decent in everything. They will suck on the rocks, and the badlands do decent on the rocks.

Thanks for the suggestions. How about the Hot Body Rovers, Panthers or something called the Carvers?

Those are ALL crawler specific tires.
Dont forget to throw some Chisel's in that mix too if your going that route.

I would bet that the Panthers can rival your Losi Tires... they are a great crawler tire, on the rocks... I wouldn't want to mess them up either. But really don't think you will be messing them up driving them on the dirt, gravel, grass.... but I am not 100% on this, I don't run mine on those terrians much, unless there is a course set up with it ;)

Dose anyone have any experience with the Pro Line Badland, Hammer, Moabs or Mashers tires? Seems that Pro Line is the only tire company that makes all terrain tires. See I can do my own research and find answers when I have the time.:p

The problem is the tires you keep talking about are for Rock Crawling... not All Terrain... though they may work for that... I say get another set of Claws and run one in the dirt and another set on the rocks...

The only reason I posted the previous tires is because the Pro Line website stated they were all terrain tires. The only problem with the Claws is that they get congested with the clay and loose all thier traction. Would it hurt the claws much if I cut out some of the tread to allow the clay to move easier through them?

That is going to happen with just about any tire on clay... unless the clay is packed. Badlands I would only assume do it less due to being knobbie tires...

I have a used set of M2 badlands I would sell for $15.00. They have plenty of tread life left. I only ran them for 2 crawling comps.

I am in Morrisville, NC, where are you located? Do you have any pics of the Badlands?

I am going to give the Badlands a try and see what happens when I run them on the clay. I appreciate all your help on this issue. I guess at some point I have to just jump in and spend some money and see what will happen with what I buy. :D Some of the best lessons are learned by trial and error:rockmonkey:
