Futaba 3PM setup for Dig

Can someone tell me how to set up the 3rd ch on a 3pm futaba for a dig please?

i run a 3pm on my axial...love the control.

but to run a dig/4wheel steer...you have to use condition 2

that's for 4ws....but it should come close to dig if you thinking about it....it's just servo throw ya know
