I had a friend from WebWheeling.com cut me some stars. I used them for mask on the Grappler body. I must say it turned out pretty good. Got more Ideas now that I found this to work out decent.
The trick to getting them off is heating up the body. This causes the glue to let go...

Looks good man. I really like the base color.

Base color is a flip/flop blue and white. I backed it with a bright blue hoping to get more of the blue out of it. Turned out pretty neat...looks better in person.
Won't be using this body anytime soon, as I don't want to scratch it up! :)

Nice work, I know you said the painting was your favorite part, but wow! I see you climb your wood pile too, I need to get some rocks for my yard. :D

I heard rip rap is high. In Clemmons they are building apartment or something off Kinnamon Rd. There is huge pile of rocks there that they are going to just haul off. I was going to go up there today and see if I could get some. There's also a pile off of Robinhood rd in Winston near Meadowlark, behind the gas station where they are building a shopping center. Not to change the subject of the thread. That body does look good.

Rip-Rap is actually pretty cheap compared to the rest. Vulcan sales it at 24.40 a ton. they will not load just anything, no pickups, and if you do trailer it has to be a tandem axle trailer with 3 foot sides and a tailgate plus a tarp to cover.
