I did catch alot of shat! The Copperhead is in a parts box now, it needs cleaning so it can be on E-bay! The Rockshow shafty has seen the a mock up stage(RC Shocker got a couple of text pics of the mock up), just to see how it would work. I may get lucky and have the right links. I also need to make some chassis spacers, a mount for the dig servo, and a few other things. I'll probablly be working on it all the way up to the comp just to get it ready.(to kick Shocker's :donkey: )

Well this time next Saturday Round #1 of the Fall Series should be complete. So how does everyone think they are gonna do?

Care to list how you think the Top 10 will play out? Top 15? Who will be last?

Ideally, we'll get at least 20 guys. I know there are a couple of series supporters that may not be able to make this first round.

Well you have the usual suspects (you know who you are). And then there is highrock, Lankford, 1rcbking, and RaleighRCer. I'm sure they arent just gonna laydown. So competition should be fairly tight at best.

Well, you have a pretty good chance at top 10 since I don't think there will be more than 10 drivers showing up for the first event.......;)

I know Bryan and I will be there, Rene, Silas and Rockshow are in, rcbking said he would be there......we shall see who RSVPs. I know Highrock said he wouldn't be there, he is headed to the beach.

A few of us went out there to practice and layout some potential lines for next week. Had a good time and I cannot wait till next week.....it should be a good time.

After you guys left today ,I burnt the new off of my new tires trying that gate you set up today,tough to say the least!

Yes, the Rovers do work very good in warmer weather. I sold my only Rovers with a set of Eritex wheels about 3 months ago. I'll get another set I'm sure.

I have some Leopards & 2-stage foams. But my new wheels will not be here in enough time to pre-run them before the comp.

Bad.....with the high traction rock there was just not enough tread foot print so they would not hold the same lines as my Hotbodies. I ran a set of lines with the HBs when we got there, then put on the Leopards and ran the same lines. I could not run the same courses as my HB tires. Jeff's Cougars seemed to hold just about as well as the HBs on almost everything, exactly what I expected.

I have had good luck with the Leopards on other types of rock, at the Bullhole I do not think they are a superior tire to what we have been using.

Without mentioning any names I told him about you being pissed over what went down. That was included in my pm to him with my concerns that were not being answered as promptly as I had anticipated. I held back a little bit, but not much. I almost blew my chance for support before the fact. But we talked it out real quick and put it behind us.

I've always liked Mayhem wheels so I was thankful to be offered sponsorship.

Dan did ask if you were taken care of Andy. I told him as far as I knew he had you squared away.

Yup, I am good......he got it squared up so I was good on the transaction but there are still a lot of things about his business practices that irk me.......He makes some nice wheels, he just is horrible to deal with on things periodically. No biggie, I am glad he is taking care of you....

I'm working on a little something right now. Gotta get the steering hooked up, but the only servo I have is a Tower pro 946. Maybe it'll last one comp till I can get something better. Also got to tidy up my wiring, and paint something.
