Well tryed a new battery set-up on my buddies AX-10. Made up 2 6 cell splits run in a parallel (makes the ESC think its just running 6 cells). Put one 6 cell split on the front axle and the other on the inside rear of the chassis. They are 1500mah NIMH Tenergy cells so far not sure on the run time ran them maybe a 1/2 hour yesturday and about 1 1/2 hours today and still going strong.

Here's a few pics:

After looking at it, I like the setup. I think the stability issues are due to the location & size of the weight on top of the servo. Pick up some stick on wheel weights & put 'em in the tires.

Carey this set-up has not been tested yet. Just done it last night when you seen it run 1 6 cell split was on the back axle moved it to the inside of the frame. And the weight on the servo wasnt there. Also the wheels have been weighted done that soon as he got it. Put the droop on it last night as well seems like it is going to work great but we need to do a test run soon.

Oh and BTW after a battery move I can crawl right up that rock we was trying with yours so your in trouble now.:finger1: The Moabs ate it up.
