Yeah considering you get an hour out of a 2/3a 1500mah pack.

Ya little pricy but, lot more run time, more punch, and more power. And or course they look cool. But just thought I'd throw it out there for the Lipo lovers.:thumb:

I would like to go LiPo if they can make them the size of an 8 cell saddle pack... that would be sweet!!!

Well how large are these? they do look tiny..but that tiny?

luv my lipos on the ax10 4 hrs run time no problem. 2s 2100's I sacrifice the weight with the lipo but gain it back by being able to put the weight where I want it. I like the run times and the way the truck handles.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of run time I get with my 3c, 11.1v 2100 lipo. It's gotta be better than the 30-40 minutes I was getting with the old cut apart RC-18, 6 cell, 1100mah pack I was running.

you should get almost as good as me but with more punch with the 11.1 we both have 2100's but the 11.1 will use it up a tic faster due to the bigger punch. you will like the results. I stuck with 7.4's cause I figured the 55T brushed motor is only going to give up so much power and I think I'm getting all of it now with the 7.4's. I like the power i have.

Just for kicks, I charged up the pack & tried it out using WV4WD's Rooster Crawler ESC. With the 45t, on carpet, it'll darn near pull the front wheels off the ground when you punch the throttle!!! I'm definately going to have to get a slipper clutch. It's insane the jump in power from te 7.2 to the 11.1v!!!

BTW, Brandon, just running around in the basement, there were no glitches. I'll have to test it in the rocks to be certain, but it looks like it may have been your motor!

I told you you would be pleased with the results. That 11.1 puts out some juice. You'll have to have a ferm talk with your trigger finger. Cause with that kind of power a trigger finger can get rebellious. lol!!!

Carey's trigger finger is very heavy, I can see parts flying in the near future.:finger1:
