did the opening page getting a redesign or have I just always overlooked the fact that there are what appear to be the first post of certain threads almost like a mini forum that seem to be portals to the full threads?

If I am just dumb and never noticed this feel free to delete this thread.

It has always had the posts of certian forums... I did add the upcoming events forum to that recently... but it has always had some posts to it.

Just wanted the events to be something that folks see right of the bat when hitting the home page!

I wasn't sure. Didn't know if it was because I finally changed out those 2 week contacts after 6 months or if something had changed. Thanks for ensuring my sanity.
