New guy and looking for a crawler to buy

Hey everybody I want to by a Axial Crawler of some sort and I am leaning towards an XR10. I only want to buy a used set up that me and my 2 boys can play around with (6 and 4 year olds), Ok this is really for me. We live in Hickory and take our Jeep offroading often in Mtn, City, TN, Flats in Marion etc.. and I want my boys to learn some basic driving/mechanical skills. I do not have a budget yet but I want to keep it around $500 to start with and add to it later.
