Went out to the Bullhole today for a little shake down run. I learned a few things for sure. The Panther tires are too soft for my rig and sidehilling. They just fold over and the rig goes over with it. I will be installing Losi Rock Claws tonight. I also learned that I need a BEC or atleast I think so. My truck will just stop moving in the middle of going. The servos will still work but the motor will just stop in mid action. I hope this problem is a BEC which I have but just haven't installed. The hardest lesson I learned today was the rocks under the running water at the Bullhole are slick. :jester: I tried to walk across them when my truck stopped and somehow I just lost my legs. I went down hard on my left elbow (325 lbs) and it is now swolen like a baseball and hurts like; well you know. Oh well I did get a few pics before I left after realizing that my rig and me were to hurt to push any further. Here are a few pics. Please ignore the body and the paint and this was bought and painted just for todays run. I really suck at painting. On to the pics.....

I still have not decided how well the truck actually did as the short time I was there seemed to be full of bad luck.

Truck's looking good, and yes, I really do feel your pain. I thought my radio had taken the worst of it, until the next day.

Hey HP! Your rig looks great! Those Panthers look nice too! I want to know a little more about them for as your foams and set-ups with them. I almost ordered some of them instead of the losi claws. Silas and DDS have almost got me hooked on the clearence of the Panthers. If they climb as good as the losi claws and have a touch more clearance than them... the only down fall could be the "side hilling". Also are you running the narrow rims? The panthers seem to look tall and firm in the pics. SORRY to hear you went down on the Rocks!!!!!!!!

Got to give ya props buddy. The truck looks good and the wheels are just sweet! I would try a different foam in the panthers to see if that works better for ya. Like DDS said try the stock losi foams they may work fine with those. I like the pink kreepys myself. And get that elbow checked out by a hottie, you'll like the attention and the scenery and for a moment you will forget all about the pain in the eldow. Hope you get to feeling better dude!
Nice pics by the way.
