Just got home from the comp. It was nice to meet you guys and I had a very nice time. I think we have a official score girl now :jester: She had a good time as well which is even sweeter !! . Anywho had a blast (other than the HEAT) and hope to get up again soon. I will try to post pics sometime this evening after I recover from the mild heat stroke :thumb:

I would say that the whole area that we crawled today was about 25 to 30 feet at the widest (unless you wade in the water ;) ) and about a good 100 yards... but there is more than just that... there is more rock garden, and then the upper trails... there is a good 10 courses that could be made from the whole location... and we are talking 25 to 40 feet of course.

Hopefully I can make it to a crawl and meet more peeps! I got to get my rig up to par with everyones. What little bit I seen of the QCB's rigs, they are super nice. Upnover ride's dig is sweet! Also glad nobody over heated! Sure was hot!!!! I even thought about everyone.... I thought... What kind of crazy peeps would be out in this heat with R/C Crawlers????? Yup you missed a hot one. My dig worked all day just as expected,but my driveshafts didn't. Miller ,BIll,and element were the only 3 that did not break something. HP had a shock issue and I felt bad because I supplied the shocks for his rig (sorry HP). Mikes dig pooped out on him,Donny driveshaft,Silas driveshft,Doug driveshaft,ME driveshaft....see a trend here time to get some better driveshafts. I take that back time to get rid of the driveshafts....

No kidding.. walking out there you could see crawling spots on either side of the trail. I don't think you could ever run out of courses, but the area we were in was definitely awesome!

Thanks to everyone for setting it up, getting it organized, and keeping it running. Thanks to Jennifer for keeping score and John for dishing out the punishment. I was thinking we should find a way to get him in the competition next time. Personally I don't have any problem with the person that sets the course up also running it - I can see the issue with a serious competition, but not really with our group.

Anyway, just thanks again to everyone that showed up and catch you next time!

Sorry I didn't make it out guys. My truck never got finished and I had to work all weekend. Hot weather is our busiest time of the year and its been 8:30 or better every evening before I get home. When you start at 5:30 sunrise thats a long day. The heat has just made me not even care about finishing the truck. After roasting in it all day I sure don't feel like going out in that hot azz shop to melt even more. I'll try to get back in the swing this week and get it finished and will try to make it out to see you folks soon. Cool pics and awesome Video's, glad yall had a good turn out. Looks like yall had a really good time. I wish I could have made it but I have not even seen Waggy in the past 8 days and I see him everyday usually.
