Carolina Rock Runners are holding a free run this weekend on Sunday. I am thinking of going out and hanging for a little while... Anyone else interested?

I don't think its actually a comp but a "free" run... just a crawl meeting so to say... but still might see some comp style crawling, and would be worth the trip no matter what!

after going back and watching bullhole videos... not that much was really underwater. It was closer to the area then desired....but if its not like it was last week, I don't really think it will add that much more wheeling areas...

I say yes... I will be there regardless! :)

I got my straight axle for the rear... but installed it while painting the 350z and working on the QCB site :)

I have 2 2.2 crawlers and 2 nitro crawlers but all are still packed away ecept for 1 nitro truck. I was just wandering if there is anyway I could run my nitro crawler or is it just electrics. I am planning on being there around 9:30 or so. Let me know what the plans are for the day.

Your working overtime and it's appreciated, props on working hard and getting your straight axle set up. That should really help the rear end slop. I see your getting ready for your VF dig:p

I dont think it would be horrible to play with a nitro out there, lots of open ground. Take plenty of pics and WELCOME!

yes... the lower side had a few more spots plus the staircase was a bit easier. much better with less water for sure!

Nice! Looks like it was a good time, I hated to miss it. I was driving back down 77 through Statesville right around noon too. 400+ miles in four days and three nights of drinking put it's toll on me though, once I got home and unpacked I couldn't get back up.

Next group outing I'll be there!
