Not to knock the VF dig system, but it did seem to have alot of issues. Hopefully they take on the system, and improve on it, to where no additional modding is needed, and it is truly a "drop in" part.

I am sure that someone walked away with a little change in the pocket on selling the designs and such!

This feels like they want to take the money and run. I have been waiting a month for some products and they always respond that they think that they may have shipped or that they will ship shortly.

Except this week, they just did not answer my email. Looks like I got ripped off. (I hope I am wrong)

Don is a great guy. I sent my VF DIG unit back to him because it was jamming and fried my servo. Not only did he replace my unit. He assembled it and installed on of the new VF Motor Plates for my trouble. He stayed in touch with me almost on a daily basis once I shipped it to him. Took about 2 weeks, but he areally only had it a few days. When he mailed it back he sent it to the wrong address. It was recovered and returned to me...

Its good to hear that Don is a good guy, but here is a summary of my dealings with VF.

Purchased AX10 out drives 4 weeks before ECC (because I needed them for the ECC). Spoke to Brook at the ECC, was assured that I would get them the next week. Received half my order 2 weeks later, and the rest a week after that. So my order was filled 7 weeks after being placed.

Orderred wheels May 10th, have been told they they will be sent 3 weeks ago. Latest emails have gone unanswerred. I still do not have the wheels.

I am not attacking anyones character at VF, it is simply piss poor business practice to tell customers you can deliver in a week, and then it takes 6 weeks and counting.

The rig that I want to use these wheels for is sitting in my garage and all it needs is wheels. If VF would have been up front about how long it would take, I could have just bought wheels somewhere else. But everytime I get a response I get told I will have the product very soon. And that just is not true.

I agree he is a super nice guy. But it has been 8 weeks and I still have no wheels. I am continuing to wait.

Don thinks one set got lost in the mail, (he said they were insured, but I never received a tracking #).

Don and I discussed that I want to use them on a Berg, so he said that I am better off with the Sniper wheels. So he should be making a set of those for me now.

I have also discussed a custom wheel with him, that he may or may not make for me.

If Don comes through with what we discussed, I will be DNA's biggest fan. If he does not, it would really really suck. Especially with the Ultimate 2.2 challenge coming up in 12 days, and I have still not run my Berg with proper wheels and proper length.

I dont think the DNA outfit is as big as VF.. I think Don is the main man or Owner.. In some of the conversations I had with him I think he was working from Home..not sure though. I think he has more than he can handle right now. But because he took care of me (took a while) I have to give him props for following thru.. Im sure he will get you taken care of

The wheels I orderred arrived the day before I had to leave for the comp.

All is good. I am talking to Don about a prototype that I would like for him to make me.

The wheel is great quality. I did not pull the bead out a single time. The six hex bolts per ring is perfect.

I just ordered one Monday from TCS and it should be here sometime early next week. I just got an email tonight that it has been packaged and ready for shipping.. When I ordered my FX-R from them it arrived 3 days after the order. The delay with the Dig is that they were back ordered, I contacted DNA yesterday and they stated TCS should receive an order from them today. THEY DID. Can't wait to get it...

All the new DNA digs are black now and not silver too...
